Call for a Flat Rate

One phone call is the whole booking process. Tell us the site, the head count and the dates, and you will have a rate and a delivery window before you hang up.

Open Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm · delivery across the Richmond metro

Booking by phone

(804) 258-6490 — open Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm.

Have these four things ready and the call takes two minutes:

  • The delivery address, or a description of where on the site it goes
  • How many people will be using it, and for how long
  • The dates you need it there and gone
  • Anything awkward about access — a narrow gate, soft ground, a locked yard

What you get on the call

A flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, servicing and collection, and a delivery window. Nothing gets added afterwards.

We do not take bookings by email

There is no contact form on this site and no email address, on purpose. Sizing and placement are a conversation, and doing it by phone means you are not waiting a day for an answer you could have had in two minutes.

Service area

The City of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, New Kent and Prince George counties, plus Colonial Heights and Hopewell. Not sure if you are inside it? Call — the route reaches further than the list.

Hours

Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm

Delivery and collection run inside those hours. Out-of-hours and emergency response is quoted on the call.

Before you call

Most orders go out inside the same week, and same-day or next-day happens often when a unit is already on that part of the route. Call with the address and the date and you will get a real window on the call.

Yes. For a weekend event we normally drop on the Friday and collect on the Monday, which costs the same as a single day and takes the timing pressure off entirely.

Every unit is pumped, washed down and restocked before it goes out, and event units are handled separately from long-running job-site stock.

Weekly on any rental past 28 days — pumped, washed down, paper and deodoriser restocked. Higher-traffic sites go twice weekly, and multi-day events get a mid-event pass.

Almost. It needs level ground and a straight approach for the truck, and it needs to stay reachable for servicing. Tell us where you want it and we will tell you straight away if it will not work.

One per ten workers on a 40-hour week, one per fifty guests over four hours, more with alcohol. The unit calculator works it through in about thirty seconds.
