Half of what goes wrong with a rental is placement. Tell us where the tent goes, where the crew parks and where the gate is, and the unit lands somewhere people will use and the service truck can still reach in week six.

Weekly pumping, wash-down and restocking is built into every monthly rental. Multi-day events get a mid-event pass. You are not phoning to book each visit.

Straight answers before you call
Most orders go out within the same week, and same-day or next-day is often possible when a unit is already on the route. Call with the address and the date and you will get a real delivery window on that call.
It depends on the unit, how long you keep it, how many you need and where it is going. You get one flat rate quoted on the phone that covers delivery, the rental period, servicing and pickup — not a base price with charges added afterwards.

Yes. Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, New Kent, Prince George, Colonial Heights and Hopewell are all normal delivery territory.
On any rental past 28 days, weekly servicing is part of the flat monthly rate. On short rentals the unit arrives clean and stocked, and mid-event servicing can be added for multi-day events.
If your event is open to the public, yes — plan for roughly five percent of your units to be accessible, with at least one anywhere you have restrooms at all, and a firm level route to the door.
Yes. On a long build the right spot in month one is the wrong spot in month four. We relocate units on a service visit rather than charging for a separate trip.
