City of Richmond
Windsor Farms Porta Potty Rental
What people in Windsor Farms actually want to know is when it turns up and what it costs. A 1926 English-village garden suburb with its own greens, gates and two sixteenth-century manor houses shipped over from England and rebuilt above the river. Both answers come on the first call, along with a delivery window.
Open Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm · delivery across the Richmond metro
One quoted number
No cart, no quote form, no waiting a day for an email. You call, you describe the job, you get the number.
Placed where it works
Level ground, a straight approach and a spot that stays reachable once the site fills up — those three things decide how the rental goes.
A schedule you can plan around
A unit that has taken real punishment gets swapped on a service visit rather than patched and left.
Rentals available in Windsor Farms
Nothing here is special-order. All five are on the Windsor Farms route and available for a day, a weekend or a month.
Standard Porta Potty
Most Windsor Farms orders start here: one unit per ten workers, or one per fifty guests over four hours.
Deluxe Flushing Restroom
Everything a guest expects happens behind one door — worth it wherever the units sit in view in Windsor Farms.
ADA Accessible Restroom
A square, wide cabin that gives a wheelchair user the same access as everyone else at your Windsor Farms site.
Portable Hand-Wash Station
A two-bay sink with foot pumps and fresh water, standing beside the Windsor Farms restroom bank rather than in front of it.
Luxury Restroom Trailer
Needs firm ground, a clean tow approach and power nearby. We check all three before the date.
Landmarks and roads we work around in Windsor Farms
Give the driver one of these and the drop sorts itself out.
How the drop works in Windsor Farms
Emergency and out-of-hours drops around Windsor Farms are quoted on the call. Storm work, water-main breaks and building shutoffs do not wait for a normal lead time.
We would rather turn a job down than promise a window we cannot hit. If Windsor Farms is tight on a given date, you will hear that on the first call.
You call, describe the site and the dates, and get a flat rate and a delivery window. Most Windsor Farms orders go out inside the same week; next-day happens often when a unit is already heading through City of Richmond.
Access is the only thing that regularly catches people out. A narrow gate near Cary Street Road, a locked yard, soft ground after a wet week — tell us and we will plan around it.

City of Richmond gets hard freezes most winters. For December-through-February rentals we will talk through placement and freeze protection when you book.
Absolutely — asphalt, concrete and gravel are all easier for us than a soft lawn, and the truck can usually get alongside.
Yes, with a gate code or a contact. Tell us at booking so the driver is not sitting outside a fence with your unit on the truck.
A standard unit on a weekend rental. If you need several, ask about the monthly rate — past 28 days it is much cheaper per week.
No — everything runs through the phone. Sizing and access are a conversation, and it saves you a day of waiting.
