Henrico County
Short Pump Porta Potty Rental
Named for a tavern with a short-handled pump at the Broad Street crossroads, and now the retail center of gravity for the whole region. Crews and event organizers around Short Pump Town Center and West Broad Street call for the same three things: units that turn up when promised, servicing that happens without chasing, and one number quoted up front.
Open Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm · delivery across the Richmond metro
A flat rate up front
The rate you are told is the rate. Delivery and pickup are inside it, not bolted on afterwards as a separate line.
Placed where it works
Tell us where the gate is, where the crew parks and which way the truck comes in, and the unit lands somewhere people will actually use.
Kept clean on a rhythm
The rhythm is set when you book and it runs whether or not anyone remembers to call.
What we deliver in Short Pump
These are the five things we deliver. Most Short Pump orders are one or two of them; festival and public-event orders are usually four.
Standard Porta Potty
The default unit for Short Pump job sites and outdoor events — fresh-water tank, urinal, lockable door, no hookups needed.
Deluxe Flushing Restroom
Booked around Short Pump for weddings, corporate events, film sets and long home renovations.
ADA Accessible Restroom
The accessible unit — 36-inch door, no step, room to turn a chair. Plan five percent of the bank in Short Pump.
Portable Hand-Wash Station
Goes beside the bank or beside the food line, with clear standing room on both sides.
Luxury Restroom Trailer
A climate-controlled trailer with private stalls and real vanities — for Short Pump weddings and formal receptions.
Landmarks and roads we work around in Short Pump
Give the driver one of these and the drop sorts itself out.
What happens on the day
Access is the only thing that regularly catches people out. A narrow gate near Short Pump Town Center, a locked yard, soft ground after a wet week — tell us and we will plan around it.
The delivery window is agreed on the call rather than left open. If something changes on our side you hear about it before the day, not on it.
If the job in Short Pump shifts — a build moving to the far side of the site, an event footprint changing — we relocate the unit on a service visit rather than making it a separate trip.
Collection works the same way as delivery: an agreed window, and no charge tacked on for the trip back.

Yes, subject to a firm approach, level ground and power nearby. We check all three before the date rather than on the morning.
Call us. We will come out and right it, service it or swap it. On exposed sites we can anchor units from the start.
Weekly on any rental past 28 days, with the tank pumped, the interior washed down and the supplies restocked. Busier sites go twice weekly.
On monthly rentals, yes — it is inside the flat monthly rate. Short rentals arrive clean and stocked, and mid-event servicing can be added.
Henrico County gets hard freezes most winters. For December-through-February rentals we will talk through placement and freeze protection when you book.
Yes, as long as the ground is firm enough for the delivery truck. After a wet week in Henrico County that is worth checking before the day.
